• Proven ability to manage key accounts and supermarket chains
• Strong negotiation skills in pricing, listings & trade terms Experience executing promotions, visibility campaigns & sampling activities
• Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking
• Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi &surrounding areas)
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
• Effective team leadership & coordination of field reps and Start Date: Immediate merchandisers
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced field environment
• Fluent in English and Swahili (local dialects a plus) Familiarity with assigned area/territory is highly preferred
• Must be results-driven, organized, and confident in retail shop engagement
• Able to execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and daily sales target
