    Growth & Marketing Manager

    • They should bring experience from fintech, banking, digital lending, or a licensed PSP environment. The person will drive market visibility, customer engagement, and product adoption across all Paykit offerings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a full marketing strategy covering brand, demand generation, digital marketing, product positioning, and content.
    • Design and implement a go to market plan for enterprise payouts, merchant acquisition support, and API product commercialization.
    • Understand customer segments including banks, microfinance institutions, SACCOs, digital lenders, e commerce platforms, and agent networks.
    • Translate product capabilities into strong value propositions and campaigns that drive awareness and inbound interest.
    • Strengthen Paykit’s visibility through events, thought leadership, PR, and active participation in industry ecosystems.
    • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to align marketing with product roadmaps, market needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Guide digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and campaign execution.
    • Support commercial teams with marketing materials, pitches, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
    • Track and report on marketing performance including campaign outcomes, conversion trends, and lead quality.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in communication, data protection, and sector guidelines.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least five to seven years experience in fintech, payments, banking, mobile money, or a licensed PSP environment.
    • Strong experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
    • Proven experience launching or marketing payment products, APIs, enterprise solutions, or merchant services.
    • Strong analytical ability with comfort in funnel analysis, campaign performance, and data driven decisions.
    • Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams, partners, and regulators.
    • Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary marketing functions.
