    Head of Sales (Real Estate)

    Job Overview

    • Seeking to hire Head of Sales to drive sales revenue through effective promotion of properties and a strong reputation for faultless service throughout the customer journey.


    Responsibilities of Sales & Customer Care

    • Manage, train and motivate the sales team to capture demand and maximise conversion of leads
    • Lead by example, conducting viewings and closing sales with clients
    • Maximise units prices, maintaining target per sqm
    • Seek out new demand pools and opportunities (events, PR opportunities etc)
    • Ensure efficient and effective collections procedures managing the distribution of payment reminders, invoices, receipts and account summaries
    • Manage, train and motivate the sales and accounts team to secure collections on schedule whilst retaining a positive customer relationship
    • Liaise with other departmental heads to develop quarterly and annual marketing objectives and plan
    • Prepare sales team to leverage marketing plan optimally
    • Prompt and professional enquiry responses
    • Smooth and efficient Sales process (e.g. legal documentation, payments)
    • Regular client contract throughout construction
    • Prompt and professional response on account queries, or complaints
    • Clear and timely information about handover process
    • Well managed and professional handover inspections and documentation
    • Any other duties as may be assigned


    Qualifications

    • Degree / Master’s Degree in Sales , Marketing or Management.
    • 8 - 10 years’ experience in Real Estates


    Key Skills and Knowledge

    • The candidate should have proven experience in
    • Taking sole responsibility for delivering team sales targets in a B2C or B2B environment
    • Managing a sales team
    • Training a sales team and developing on-brand sales protocols
    • Experience in Real Estate is highly beneficial but not a prerequisite if the candidate’smanagement skills and commercial insight are exceptional.
