On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance patient care quality, safety, and operational efficiency across their healthcare network.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives
Analyze clinical outcomes data and identify areas for improvement
Facilitate root cause analysis for adverse events and near misses
Coordinate with medical staff to implement evidence-based practices
Prepare quality metrics reports for leadership and regulatory bodies
Lead multidisciplinary teams in process improvement projects
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
4-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or clinical operations
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics and reporting requirements
Strong project management and facilitation skills
Experience with quality management software systems
Master's degree or professional certification (CPHQ, CPPS) preferred
