Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the business including reporting on project status and/or potential risks in critical path.
Drive alignment across all of the pillars of the HR team (i.e strategy, L+D, Events, People Ops).
Own internal documentation of the HR operations team, creating a canon of process documentation that keeps the team highly organized.
Build HR competence to deliver on various HR projects through learning and development initiatives.
Work across the HR operations team’s list of initiatives to ensure all projects are well measured, scoped, defined and tracked.
Support in the implementation of changes emanating from various projects ensuring seamless alignment to the affected functions and processes.
Evaluate the current business state and design alternative and future state HR initiatives and approaches and facilitate implementation.
Update key stakeholder on project agenda and other dependencies through meetings and in documentation throughout the project life cycle.
In delivery of the projects, ensure congruence with the various aspects of the HR spectrum including employee relations, recruitment, and retention etc and employment laws and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related field
5-7 years’ experience in generalist HR with at least 4 years managing and executing HR projects
Excellent project management skills with in-depth knowledge of project delivery life cycle.
Ability to work with team members across multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrable competence in comprehending, documenting. assessing and improving complex business processes.
