Human Resources Business Partner at Equity Bank Kenya

Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR support in the administration of the HR programs in the Clinics including recruitment and onboarding, talent management & development, compensation & benefits administration, health and safety, employee relations and engagement and separation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other business-related field 
• Postgraduate programme in Human Resources Management. 
• Registered and have a valid practicing license with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). 
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resource management.
