Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records: Updating employee information in databases, filing HR documents, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Scheduling meetings and interviews: Coordinating interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Managing HR documents: Organizing and maintaining employee files, both physical and digital.
• Assisting with payroll: Collecting and processing payroll data, helping with timesheets, and ensuring accurate compensation. 
• Responding to employee inquiries: Addressing basic HR-related questions from employes 
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
• Helping with performance management: Assisting in the preparation of performance reviews and tracking employee progress
• Participating in training and development: Supporting the coordination and implementation of training programs

Qualifications and Desired Qualities

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
