DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
For appointment post a Candidate must have:-
- To investigate ways to ensure that water is safe for Human consumption.
- Help to locate wells/boreholes or inspecting them for safe water.
- To inspect the functions and designs of boreholes/wells.
- Checking the licenses of those who construct boreholes/wells.
- Training others to protect ground water.
- Writing laws to protect ground water.
- Oversee the cleanup of contamination and spills.
- To solve challenging contamination problems.
REQUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENTS
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Earth Science, Geography or closely related field from a recognized Institution.
- Be a Kenyan Citizen.
- Have at least three (3) years' experience in Water Engineering activities.
