Interior Designer / Architect at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities.

• Prepare mood boards and design documents for presentation of design schemes.
• Prepare necessary drawing and construction details needed for execution on site. Review drawings by consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Plan and implement projects, help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, support and direct teams within the office and on ground.
• Manage the project budget, Review and prepare project BOQ’s, allocate project resources, ensure project execution within budget.
• Create a project schedule and timeline, plan procurement and materials, ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead quality assurance, ensure quality standard from suppliers and construction team.
• Report on the project status, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

Qualifications.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing interior design projects and/or QS involvement.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sense with technical design proficiency.
• Knowledge of design software.
