Procept is recruiting for the role of IT Support Manager, seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Linux, OBM/Cloudwatch, Oracle, SQL/MySQL, AWS, Terraform, Virtualization, and Haproxy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and should be ITTL Certified, Fintech Awareness, and a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.

Job Description
Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for providing technical support for business-critical applications, IT infrastructure components, and Fintech services.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents related to Linux, Data warehousing, Oracle, Storage systems, OBM/Cloudwatch, AWS, Virtualization, Networking, Backup, SQL, MySQL, Firewall, and Network Security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and minimize service disruptions.
Develop and maintain scripts using Java, Python, Bash scripting, and Terraform to automate routine tasks and streamline processes.
Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Perform regular maintenance tasks on applications, databases, servers, storage systems, and networking devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Support ETL processes, data warehousing operations, and data integrity, accuracy, and availability.
Manage backup and recovery operations to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and best practices to ensure a robust security posture.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application management, system configurations, and support.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system configurations.
Generate reports on support activities, incident trends, and performance metrics as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Linux, Datawarehousing (ETL/Java/Python/Bash Scripting), Oracle, Storage systems, OBM/Cloudwatch, AWS, Virtualization, Networking, Backup, SQL, MySQL, Firewall, and Network Security.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in support processes.
Knowledge of Fintech and understanding of financial technologies and applications.
Certification in ITIL is compulsory.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
