What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conducting initial phone interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
• Participating in job fairs and recruitment events
• Providing admin support throughout the hiring process
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Great organization and time management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive and eager to learn
