The Lead Software Trainer is responsible for teaching a class on technical courses in intermediate and advanced technology and coding skills and managing a group of women to develop their digital skills in a business solution center.
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach students how to be proficient in web development languages such as
Full Stack Web Development
Python
PHP
Android development
Mobile App Development
Data Science & Machine Learning
Assist in the design and development of curriculum and course outline
Assess individual training needs and tailor training methods as needed
Prepare, plan and research teaching materials and lessons
Spend contact time with students or groups, inspecting examinations, checking and assessing student work, and providing feedback
Make use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing;
Support women to develop their digital skills through working in a business solution center
Perform all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
