Management Accountant at Madison Group Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts for review with explanations and variances.
• Generation and distribution of production report as per the agreed timelines.
• Compiling and submission of quarterly and annual returns to the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
• Maintain an accurate Fixed Asset Register and ensuring all records are up to date.
• Develop financial budgets and forecasts to support planning and decision making.
• Produce and share monthly branch profitability reports and departmental management expense reports
• Preparation of monthly management expense variance reports including comprehensive explanations.
• Compile and present financial information for Board Reports.
• Provide weekly performance snapshots on Production, claims and expenses.
• Design and maintain a dashboard for monthly performance tracking.
• Ensure revenue assurance through continuous monitoring and analysis.

Academic and Professional Qualifications required

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a recognized institution.
• Be a CPA (K) and a Member of ICPAK in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
