Liaison between marketing team and retail team on-ground for product promotions, slow moving products and solutions, trade area characteristics.
Design and come up with specific events that will interact with already existing customers and tap to new clients and partnerships.
Participate in New product launches.
Launch in-store product campaigns.
Organize and participate in health talks and events, conversations surrounding health talks, mental health, male wellness campaigns etc.
Assist in creating on-line campaigns by partnering with social media influencers and personalities to create product awareness, visibility and increase sales.
Assist in organizing regular training sessions for staff in retail outlets on product knowledge, customer service, consumer/ customer understanding, and sales driven training courses.
Research and collection of information on customer’s needs.
Interacting with customers in all retail outlets to gain better understanding of customer dynamics in each outlet and use the information to increase sales.
Observe and work on products display in retail outlets to increase sales for slow moving products, and those on promotion.
Ensure all offers and promotion are being run in all retail outlets.
Analyze and report on the performance of all retail outlets promotions.
Provide optimum display of products and always check on inventory levels.
Respond to customers special requests and provide product features to customers.
Co-develop and implement retail marketing strategies that strengthen brand and products and accelerates customer acquisition and loyalty.
Advise on direct marketing processes and initiatives, including messaging strategy, sales training content, branded assets, and collaterals.
Monitor competition, market trends, and analyze market research data to determine customer needs.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution
Ability to develop and implement strategies.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; retail experience will be an advantage
