    Marketing Officer

    Role Objective

    • We’re looking for a passionate and creative Junior Marketing Officer to help us amplify our impact and drive sales. This role blends digital marketing, content creation and sales support ideal for someone who understands both mission and market. The right candidate will help grow our brand visibility, engage communities through social media and support outreach that drives both awareness and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and schedule engaging social media content that reflects our mission, products, and community impact
    • Support the execution of digital and offline campaigns that promote our programs, products, or services
    • Assist in storytelling through blogs, newsletters, photos, and short videos
    • Engage online communities and respond to inquiries across platforms
    • Collaborate with the sales and field teams to prepare marketing materials and follow up on leads
    • Contribute to organizing community activations, pop-up events, or advocacy campaigns
    • Monitor marketing analytics and assist in compiling performance reports
    • Conduct grassroots market research and help grow our audience with authenticity
    • Any other responsibility as assigned by the organization

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Development Studies or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital content and brand communication.
    • Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
    • Experience in visual content creation with tools like Canva, Cap Cut or Adobe tools
    • Strong writing and storytelling ability especially for community-driven brands
    • Energetic, mission-aligned and comfortable working in dynamic and impact-focused settings
