    Onboarding Engineer

    We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Onboarding Engineer to join our high-caliber Technical Engineering team. As an Onboarding Engineer, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers successfully.

    Qualifications:

    • Superior written and verbal skills that illustrate the ability to communicate effectively, promptly and appropriately with new customers.
    • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
    • Strong attention to accuracy and detail with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • 2-5 years experience as a Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
    • Experience with relational databases and repositories.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • A calm demeanor to prevent escalations and ease customer issues.
    • Experience with Java and/or REST APIs. A background in object-oriented programming is ideal.
    • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and other data frameworks
    • Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with business acumen
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technologies.
    • Experience with scheduling tools and Google Calendar

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively communicating with our new customers to schedule and define their Onboarding experience
    • Schedule calls with new customers to ensure they are successful going forward
    • Guiding customers through installation of our platform and basic configuration
    • Educate end-users on the fundamentals of iMedic’s platform including navigation, functionality and behavior modules
    • Provide insight and clarity to advanced configurations
    • Engage our internal development team with any integration challenges and potential solutions
    • Installing Integration tools to enable customers to connect more efficiently with the iMedic Engine
    • Maintaining healthy and fruitful relationships with customers measured by Customer Satisfaction surveys and other metrics
