Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (to market available properties for rent or sale)
Design, build and maintain our social media and online presence
Conduct online property scouting (searching for properties for rent or sale)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Identify new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Website administration
Plan and execute online and social media campaigns
Research advertising trends
Decide on appropriate placement of ads
Implement email marketing campaigns
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
Monitor project status and report
Conduct market research to inform campaigns
