Online Marketer at Shelter Mart Ghana Ltd

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (to market available properties for rent or sale)
• Design, build and maintain our social media and online presence
• Conduct online property scouting (searching for properties for rent or sale)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Identify new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Website administration
• Plan and execute online and social media campaigns
• Research advertising trends
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Monitor project status and report
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns

Qualifications

• Relevant marketing and IT qualifications.
• minimum 2 years working experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
