Reporting to the Operations & Customer Experience Manager, the incumbent will oversee the day-to-day network’s operations to ensure all facilities run smoothly and meets the franchise standards and agreement including the Head office owned facilities.
He/ she will process franchise applications, explain franchise policies and procedures to new franchise owners and applicants and coordinate necessary licensing. Analyzes and verifies franchise agreement information and ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation.
He/ She will be tasked with mapping and relationship management of the Medical Equity Leaders Program alumni as an expansion strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing or any other relevant field.
At least three (3) years working experience in operations management.
