Personal Driver at Session Blue Contractors

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transporting the Engineer to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
• Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle
• Assisting the Engineer in loading and offloading of luggage and other items as needed
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and ensure the Director’s compliance with safety protocols
• Report any instance of mishap or accident, injury, or damage to the vehicle
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases,incident reports, vehicle conditions, and other records requested by management

Requirements

• Diploma in any business-related field
• Valid accident-free driving license Class B, C, E
• Valid defensive driving certificate.
• Must be familiar with Kakamega region routes
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
• Ability to handle matters with integrity and confidentiality and follow through until successful completion
• 5 years of progressive experience working as a driver in a corporate environment
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed
