Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at CURE International

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Responsible for the overall design, implementation, and recommendation of appropriate plastic and reconstructive surgical treatments in the Hospital. He/she shall be expected to monitor and ensure the improvement and maintenance of health performance indicators per hospital standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Prepare and review case histories, obtain data through evaluating patients, and consult with family members.
2. Examine patients, determine the need for clinical laboratory tests, and interpret findings and test results.
3. Recommend appropriate plastic and reconstructive surgical treatments based on findings and results.
4. Determine perioperative and postoperative care procedures, including administering sedatives and prescription diets and preparing the patient’s operative era.
5. Apply surgical procedures and coordinate operations with the anesthesiologist.
6. Treat patients suffering from surgical shock, postoperative hemorrhage, and other complications.
7. Instruct resident plastic and reconstructive surgeons in plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
