Product Manager/Consultant at agriBORA

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Innovate, strategize, and present new product documents that describe business cases, revenue, and ROI to the leadership team.
• Review current products through research and inform future product development requirements based on business needs and customer impact.
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.
• Write functional and business case requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, product launch, and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Define and execute effective launch plans and ensure product releases are successful and challenges addressed in a timely manner.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
• Create support and training documents for users including sales kits, and act as the subject matter expert.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• 3- 5 years of proven work experience in product development and management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in collaborating with software development and web technologies teams is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities
• Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, Business or any related field.
