Job Specification:

Duties and responsibilities at this level entail assisting in:

• Documenting of procedures and standards for undertaking Quantity Survey and contract documentation work;
• Preparing of material schedules, bills of quantities and tender documents;
• Developing of print-outs and copies of tender and contract documents;
• Consolidating, referencing and custody of documents;
• Project supervising, cost analysis & reporting on building and overall construction costs;
• Project costing appraisals in liaison with Engineers and Architects

Person Specification:

• Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfills the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.
