A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social science or related discipline.
2 years’ experience in the collection and analysis of qualitative data (focus group discussions / workshops, in-depth interviews, and direct observations).
Experience in collections of quantitative data using electronic devices
Experience setting up and managing virtual meetings on platforms such as zoom, Microsoft teams
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
Skills / Abilities / Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel).
Ability to work independently and effectively
Familiarity with electronic data collection tools is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple activities and achieving set deadlines
Strong attention to details and writing skills that should include the ability to develop comprehensive notes during qualitative data collection analysis
