Ripening-Incharge
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
- To oversee the ripening process of avocados to ensure they meet quality standards for oil production.
- Diploma in Food science technology / Supply chain management or Procurement, or a related field.
- Solid and proven leadership skills with ability to coordinate a team, understanding ripening process, cost management delegation of duties and monitoring team performance.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience as ripening in charge or supervisor in a busy manufacturing set up.
- BCE Driving License and experience in forklift operations will be an added advantage
- Strong commitment to safety, Health and Environment
