We are looking for a competent Business Development Manager who will handle customer acquisition by researching and pursuing new business leads and providing ideas on how to attract new clients for the growth of the business.
DUTIES
Finding potential clients based on our target market description and determining whether they need our services.
Assessing the prospects to determine if they can pay for our services.
Preparing for initial contact with a prospect, researching the market, and collecting relevant information.
Develop sales proposals for the company's services and tailor them to the potential client's particular needs.
Contacting clients through a face-to-face meeting, over the phone, or through other means. Send proposals to these prospects and book meetings for presentations.
Attend meetings with prospective clients and deliver the presentations convincingly to win business. Showing the prospect how our service meets their needs through a PowerPoint presentation or other means.
Listening to the clients' concerns or reasons for refusal to buy and handle them.
Sending a proposal/quote covering the service offered to the prospect, getting approvals from critical decision-makers in the prospect's organization, and completing the sale.
Get the prospects to fill the intake form, sign the contract, and pay initial deposits.
Organize kickoff meetings with the client to understand the client's requirements clearly.
Writing summaries of the client's requirements and submitting them to the research team for development.
Staying connected with clients that have been closed, not only for potential repeat business but also for referrals.
Nurture clients by keeping them updated about new services and regularly asking for feedback on serving them better.
