Identify and analyze new markets and development opportunities in the West Africa region for our entire range of services and products to expand our operations
Conduct studies to support business strategies for these new opportunities
Ensure competitive and business intelligence is maintained
Monitor the identified projects across the region to ensure that contracts are executed as agreed
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Ensure the role of CMA CGM Cross-sell champion to coordinate and promote Cross-sell activities in collaboration with CMA CGM and CEVA network
Monitor and enhance the sales performance of the network and oversee all related commercial activities in direct coordination with the CCO and sales managers of various countries
Facilitate commercial transformation and change management within our network (NOVA business, AQUA contracts, SpotOn, BV2.0, analytics)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Higher education (BAC+5) in International Business, Logistics, or Management, complemented by at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role and/or business development.
Proven expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Strong ability to analyze and deliver actionable insights on customer and commercial relationships to support strategic initiatives.
Skilled in utilizing and optimizing tools (such as internal tools : NOVA Business, AQUA, SpotOn, and Qliksense) to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Demonstrates exceptional abilities in time management, teamwork, communication, and presentation.
Adept at intercultural communication, fostering collaboration in diverse and international environments.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
