    Sales Executive

    About The Job

    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the education industry. 

    • The ideal candidate will have experience in selling educational products or services and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
    • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
    • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Work closely with marketing team to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and services.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
    • Maintain management information on enquiries using the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system;
    • Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on closing towards the next step;
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
    • Support in organization of Education Fairs, Open Days, Alumni events and international student recruitment fairs and activities

    Technical Competencies:

    • Working knowledge of Higher Education system, in particular recruitment cycles;
    • Excellent knowledge of the university’s programme portfolio and entry/admission requirements;
    • In-depth knowledge of student’s recruitment processes and procedures;
    • Proven ability to take the initiative to develop new contacts and manage large client portfolio;
    • Significant knowledge in product development and emerging market trends;
    • Awareness of the business education market and finance education sector;

    Requirements:

    • Three (3) years proven work experience as a Sales Executive with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to deliver engaging product presentations to potential customers.
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
