    Sales & Market Lead – Roasted Coffee, Kenya (AI-Driven B2B Growth)

    Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales / FMCG (coffee or beverage industry preferred)

    Languages: Fluent in English; Swahili a strong advantage

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

    Your Mission

    As Moyee’s Sales & Market Lead for Roasted Coffee in Kenya, your mission is to build and grow our B2B roasted coffee footprint.

    You'll work with local distributors, café chains, hotels, retailers, resellers, and offices to get better coffee (with a better story) into more hands. You'll combine classic relationship-building with cutting-edge AI tools to generate leads, automate follow-ups, and grow revenue faster.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and own a B2B client pipeline — resellers, distributors, retailers, hospitality groups.
    • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ChatGPT, and Odoo to automate outreach, CRM, and follow-ups.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle: cold lead to signed deal to long-term account growth.
    • Deliver pitch-perfect tastings, presentations, and proposals tailored to each client.
    • Represent Moyee at trade shows, coffee events, and activation pop-ups across Kenya.
    • Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and constantly refine your strategy.
    • Partner with our roasting, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver unbeatable service.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • 5+ years in B2B or FMCG sales (coffee, beverages, or hospitality preferred)
    • Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines + key accounts
    • Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-based lead generation
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in English (Swahili is a bonus)
    • Entrepreneurial mindset — you own your work and make things happen
    • Passion for ethical trade, impact, and rethinking the status quo
