    Sales Operations Specialist

    SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

    As an InEvent Sales Operations Specialist you will be instrumental in qualifying leads, creating sales deals on the CRM, utilizing data analytics and metrics in the process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Review and validate client data on a needs basis using a criteria map;
    2. Communicate and interact with our sales team on a daily basis to ensure the quality of work;
    3. Compile and analyze data of company sales and profitability;
    4. Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
    5. Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve performance;
    6. Find ways to constantly evolve in sales with the support of your Manager, Innovating and improving in order to reach and exceed individual and team quota.

    PRE-REQUISITES:

    1. Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical tools;
    2. Knowledge of CRMs tools would be considered a plus:
    3. Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria, and resource planning;
    4. Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales ;
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
    6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

    PRE-REQUISITES:

    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical  tools;
    • Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning;
    • Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales ;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques;
    • Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.

    CONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
