Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging industry.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of our flexible packaging division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the packaging or printing industry is AMUST.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing processes and market trends.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A person of high integrity.
