Sales Specialist at KEDA Kenya Ceramics Company Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the core customers in the region.
• Develop new customers in the region.
• Age Requirement-25-35 years.
• Responsible for the production capacity in the region.
• Conduct market research on the needs of the region(products) and on the competition.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma and Degree in sales & marketing or relevant to the position.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales specifically in building materials like tiles, toilet, wash basins.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint and analysis application.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Team player
• Self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
• Flexible work schedule (Monday-Saturday) and comfortable with field work.
