    Sales Team Lead

    About The Job

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • We are a fast-growing company in need of a Sales Lead to join our team and help drive sales growth in Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and its environs. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

    Responsibilities will include the following:

    • To undertake client acquisition on assigned territory
    • Identify and communicate with new business leads on behalf of Built
    • Work closely with the leadership team and contribute to the development of
    • business strategies.
    • Ensure departmental strategies are in line with the company's growth strategy.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, Vendors, and Key Stakeholders
    • Establish strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage theirnetworks
    • Direct all customer relationship activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
    • Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied withreceived service
    • Researching and Identifying business opportunities and viable income streams
    • Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends inorder to make necessary adjustments
    • Map business strengths and customer needs
    • Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulationsand policies set by appropriate authorities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and environs area.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be resident in Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, or its environs.
    • Must be able to drive and has a diver's license
    • Deadline and target driven
