Security Control Room and Response Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the security control room operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate backup response teams to ensure rapid and effective handling of security incidents.
• Lead and mentor a team of control room operators and response officers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, ensuring prompt escalation of incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of security operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior security management role, preferably in a private security firm.
• Proven experience in managing security control rooms and backup response operations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of security systems, surveillance technologies, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Familiarity with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.
