• The ideal candidate has experience in reviewing and mapping business processes while visualizing how Microsoft Business Central will help to achieve the goals of our clients.

Responsibilities

• You know your way in finance, supply chain, production and warehouse processes. You have enough experience to be able to challenge customers in their AS-IS processes to improve the TO-BE situation.
• You know all the ins and outs of a top-notch Microsoft Business Central configuration, tailored to the customer’s need. You are familiar with the integration of quality add-ons, and you can functionally manage integrations to 3rd party systems.
• You can match business processes to the standard features of Business Central and detect where customization is in order. Your focus is to adapt customer business processes to standard Business Central functionality rather than trying to maximize customizations. You are fully convinced that implementing standard Business Central functionality is in the best (long-term) interest of the customer.
• You cover every step of a successful Business Central implementation: business analysis of customer processes, functional analysis of customizations, preparing and owning workshops, overseeing development and testing efforts, covering quality user training, governing master data, and cut-over data collection and uploading into Business Central. You understand the business-critical impact of what we do. In case of emergencies, you go all the way to fix what needs to be fixed.
• You know how to manage and motivate junior consultants assigned to your projects. You focus on improving their consultant skills, you delegate tasks they can handle for you while ensuring a quality customer experience of Sonical services provided.
• You are available to coach junior consultants who run into customer service issues they cannot handle. You focus on teaching them: to improve their troubleshooting skills, share your experience on Business Central functionality, and ensure customers get quality solutions to their operational challenges.
• You are the added value we are looking for to help convince potential customers. You join our team of consultants who can participate in the presales process; ensure you get all the information you need to stage and provide product demonstrations that simply leave customers no other option than to go for the quality and expertise we stands for.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Processes/Administration is a plus, but your motivation, drive and subject matter expertise is more important.
• Experience of 5+ experience as a Functional Consultant with Business Central projects. With a strong client service-orientated mindset, you take an active role in executing projects.
• Expertise in working on functional designs, configurations, and process alignment with a generalist view across all Business Central Modules
• Aptitude for learning and mastering new software applications in a fast-paced industry.
