This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes but is not limited to: developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager in Manufacturing FMCG Sector
Thorough knowledge of HR principles and best practices
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Kenya
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues
Experience in recruitment and selection processes
Knowledge of training and development programs
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
