KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit

• Maintain database connectivity and server availability for ACL.
• Use ACL for data extraction, transformation, and audit reporting.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze data across systems for trends and anomalies.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create HighBond triggers and Robots for continuous monitoring
• Develop ACL scripts for efficient data processing.
• Integrate ACL with other systems and databases.
• Document audit findings and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective SMTP notifications for user communication.

Reporting 

• Report to the internal audit manager and group internal auditor on a day-to-day basis

General

•  Development of an effective working relationship with auditees
• Train and coach new staff and other IA staff members on ACL and Highbond as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, special assignments, and investigations as assigned by the Audit Manager in consultation with the Group Internal Auditor

Requirements

KEY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

Qualifications required:

• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
• Qualifications as an added advantage:  CPA (K) /ACCA/ ACA, ACDA certification, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as an added advantage 

Experience required:

• General work experience (years): 5 Years
• Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 2 Years 
• Industry: Manufacturing/FMCG
