Senior Systems Analyst / Head of ICT at Christian Service University College

•  Oversee the management and administration of the ICT infrastructure, information systems and ICT Services of the University College
•  Advise the University college on the development, management and proper maintenance of ICT infrastructure, equipment, facilities, server infrastructure and all ICT-related services
•  Facilite the formulation and review of ICT policies and guidelines in line with the changing demands in the ICT sector in collaboration the ICT Board for the University college
•  Coordinate the preparation of an ICT strategic plan for the University college
•  Oversee the preparation of an ICT policy documentation for the University College
•  Oversee the adoption and enforcement of IT security policies, framework, and practices in the University college
•  Oversee the adoption and enforcement of IT security policies, frameworks and practices in the University college
•  Oversee mainstreaming of ICT in research, teaching and learning
•  Advise the University College ICT demand, supply and user fees
•  Advise the procurement committee on specifications, quantity and prices of ICT equipment and coordinate their provision and installation
•  Advise the University College on the hosting, updating and functioning of CSUC website
•  Advise the University College on operating and maintaining information systems, Databases, applications and portals
•  Assess the ICT needs of ICT staff and organise capacity building workshops for ICT staff

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Candidates should have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant programme of study. A relevant professional certification in an information technology related field will be an advantage
•  Should have considerable knowledge about E-Learning systems
•  Must have extensive working experience of not less than 5 years at a University comparable institution
