Shift Leader at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Instill a high culture of food safety and high food quality standards in the team Champion the brand experience at the branch level
• Ensure a consistent focus on and drive to having exceptionally high Health, Safety and Hygiene performance standards at the section.
• Work with the Branch manager to ensure that the branch achieves budgeted profit by adhering monthly food cost plan for the BOH/Café Sections. Assist the branch manager in day-to-day operations
• Track section and individual performance by maintaining and communicating stock variances and any relevant indicators such as accidents/incidents.
• Create a conducive working environment for all team members by exemplifying the Company values.
• Run full shifts in the absence of the Branch Manager while adhering to all set operating standards.

Requirements

• A Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
• A food production-related course qualification will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Word/Excel)
• Experience with Restaurant ERP Systems (POS/Gaap/Micros/Aura etc.)
• Three (3) years of experience in the hospitality industry one of which must have been as an assistant branch manager.
