Software Sales Assistant at Swift Hands Africa

• Our Client is looking to hire a Software Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales. 

Responsibilities 

• Assess client needs and promote the software
• Meet with decision makers and provide information about the software products 
• Perform product demonstrations and trainings as needed
• Negotiate sales prices 
• Construct pitches and sales presentations
• Answer customer questions about the product while building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Requirements 

• A bachelor's degree is required; coupled with a background in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases 
• Excellent negotiation skills 
• Strong sense of organization and time management
• The ideal candidate must be technical-minded and have good interpersonal skills.
