Focuses on short to medium-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products (with high focus on the pumps, cyclones and Valves), services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients
Focus on pumps, cyclones and Valves sales for the assigned customers.
Supports development of short to medium-range sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers.
Supports interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
Identifies opportunities in existing customer installations for replacement of equipment with products/equipment from the FLSmidth portfolio (increased wallet share)
Ensures problem resolutions and ensures customers receive high quality customer service
Provides input for development of client retention and growth plans
Customer Acquisition may happen from time to time but majority of focus over time is on existing customers.
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
What You Bring
Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in selling Pumps, Valves and cyclones.
Bsc. Mech/Mineral/Chemical Engineering and Science background with Process plant experience will be added advantage.
Strong analytical background.
Travel experience in Ghana and West Africa customers.
