Conduct Bible Studies for the patients and their families
Counsel and Encourage parents as per their needs
Write Patient Stories based on the given guidelines
Coordinate other daily Spiritual activities in the clinic.
Facilitate access by patients and families to relevant faith-based literature, books, and Bibles
Conduct spiritual follow-ups of new believers realized due to the ministry conducted.
In consultation with the Spiritual Centre Associate, record and Submit weekly reports to generate monthly reports.
Provide pastoral care for co-workers through devotions, prayer, counseling, and discipleship programs promoting integral ministry.
Promote peace and love among other staff within the hospital.
Comply with quality management system requirements in promoting quality service delivery.
Observe and maintain all CURE quality and departmental annual set objectives.
As an integral part of the Spiritual team, work with the spiritual center co-workers to achieve the set goals and objectives and participate in any other duty assigned by the Spiritual Centre administration.
Minimum Education Required
Diploma in Biblical Theology, mission ministry, Chaplaincy
Counseling or Psychology will be an added advanctage
