Stores & Procurement Assistant at Salt Lick Safari Lodge

Roles and Responsibilities

• Issue goods, manage stock transfers, and create GRNS.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and perform spot checks to avoid stockouts.
• Prepare stock expiry reports and purchase requests.
• Stock items securely and ensure safety of store inventory.
• Build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely procurement.
• Conduct market surveys and maintain updated supplier lists.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to procurement policies.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement & Supply or Stores Management.
• 4-6 years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in Material Control Systems.
• Strong integrity and commitment.
