Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS).
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, structural design, and building standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Timely delivery of projects.
• High accuracy in structural designs with minimal revisions.
• Full compliance with OSHA, SOPS, and regulatory standards.
• Optimal material and resource utilization to minimize waste and cost.

Key Competencies

• Develop detailed structural designs and drawings for roofing and building systems using software such as Vortex, AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Perform structural analysis to evaluate load capacities, stress distribution, and structural stability.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
