The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. We’re looking for someone with strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills who can meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels
Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate to improve recruitment strategies and workflows
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
