Team Leader (Civil Servant Loans) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing sales team by implementing structured hiring strategies, reducing attrition, and providing continuous support.
• Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer engagement to enhance team capabilities.
• Supervise daily and weekly sales activities, monitor lead conversion, and ensure teams execute action plans to meet individual and branch-level targets.
• Lead field coaching, marketing activations, and product promotions, while maintaining strong morale and driving regional sales performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, and work with Branch Coordinators to inform sales strategy, set goals, and conduct performance appraisals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in micro-lending sales, field sales coordination, or financial services marketing.
• Experience in leading, motivating, and managing sales teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet KPIs.
• Excellent market awareness and problem-solving capacity.
