This role blends technical expertise with commercial strategy, offering the opportunity to lead sales efforts in pathology and cold storage solutions across hospitals, diagnostic labs, and research facilities. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technologies including laboratory analyzers, microscopy systems, cold rooms, medical refrigerators, and specimen storage solutions empowering healthcare institutions to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for pathology and cold room solutions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with pathologists, lab technologists, and biomedical engineers.
Conduct impactful product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer support.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installations, training, and after-sales service.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
What You’ll Bring:
A Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare or laboratory equipment sales.
Proven expertise in pathology or cold room systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
