Accountability

The Training Manager, East Africa is accountable to the Managing Director, East Africa for the responsibilities stated in this job description. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of KPIs.

Education And Experience

• Experience conducting practical and theoretical lessons and assessments in the private security industry or in a general commercial environment.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in operational management within the private security industry or public or private sector.
• Experience of enforcing a syllabus and administration of a course curriculum.
• Experience in utilising power-point or any other means of theory instruction media to achieve the intended aim.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Certificate in Education or Training and Development required.
• Must hold a drivers licence with minimum 5 years driving experience.
