Young Professional Program- People & Culture at ZEP-RE Insurance

As a Human Resource YP, the candidate will work with our People and Culture team across various aspects of People management, applying analytical skills to enhance processes. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in People operations and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather, analyze, and interpret People-related data to support decisions and policy development.
• Maintain People dashboards
• Identify trends and insights from HR data to recommend improvements in People processes and programs.

Talent Acquisition

• Support acquisition activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating training sessions.

Employee Engagement and Development

• Plan employee engagement activities and events..

People & Culture Projects

• Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in HR and data analytics to inform project recommendations.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the P&C team, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
