    Client Relations Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement and deliver business development targets as per sales plan.
    • Identify and create product wise customer data base, target list and masters.
    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients.
    • Conduct regular need-based market research to gather relevant data in order to analyze products, services, competition and trends.
    • Gather and document regular feedback from clients, communicate to respective heads of departments and work on a clear action plan.
    • Effectively communicate and promote products, services, packages, plans, features, and benefits to existing and prospective clients.
    • Organize and manage events like health camps, disease detection camps, CMEs and CSR activities.
    • Contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objective.
    • Build relationship with external partners who include key corporate clients, insurance firms, referring doctors and hospitals within the region.
    • Holistic marketing of the organization, the facilities available and the various services offered.
    • Compile and distribute financial and statistical information monthly, and writing field visit reports on daily basis.
    • Maintain, build and update a mailing database.
    • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service or business development, preferably in hospital industry.
    • Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies:
    • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent Public Relations and Relationship building acumen.

    PR & Media Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Write and edit articles for the hospital newsletter, blogs, and other external publications, highlighting events and campaigns carried out by the hospital.
    • Capture photography and videography for all hospital events, both on-site and off-site.
    • Serve as the point of contact for all media inquiries, coordinate interviews, provide media information upon request, and handle media placements, including but not limited to OOH, TV, and radio.
    • Develop talking points for upcoming interviews, assist in refining the hospital representative’s responses, and ensure they are camera-ready.
    • Distribute media releases, coordinate interviews, and organize press conferences.
    • Compile and organize press kits, and write blogs related to the hospital’s activities.
    • Assist in building and maintaining employee morale by keeping staff informed on company policies, initiatives, and changes.
    • Support in conducting public relations risk assessments and developing crisis communication strategies to mitigate potential risks.
    • Monitor public perception and responses to evaluate the effectiveness of the hospital’s image-building efforts.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Track the quantity and quality of media coverage and mentions.
    • Publication of the hospital newsletter.
    • Development of a blog post for the hospital website.
    • Development of patient testimonials.
    • Report on media monitoring, perception and attitude towards the hospital.

    Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirements.

    • Degree or diploma in media and communication/ film and photography, or any other related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in PR / media and communication / film and photography fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
    • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
