    Senior Sales Executive (Air Compressors & Generators)

    Our client in the Industrial Equipment Industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the air compressors and generators sales, with a strong ability to provide tailored solutions to customers across Nairobi and its environs

    Job Description

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
    • Promote and sell air compressors and generators to both existing and new clients
    • Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
    • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Provide timely market feedback and report on competitor activities
    • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends

    Job Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience,in industrial equipment sales
    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of air compressors and generators is highly preferred
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be based in or familiar with the Nairobi market
    • Valid driver's license is an added advantage

    Sales Administrator

    • The Sales Administrator purpose is to provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the marketers to achieve their onboarding and revenue targets.

    Job Description

    • Attend to all walk-in customers, visitors and/or service providers.
    • Avail digital content to the marketers from the digital marketing designs done
    • Ensure the marketers met the sales and onboarding targets and report any deviations.
    • Assist in resolving customer service issues or complaints.
    • Informing the customers of their delivery information when couriers are used.

    Job Requirements

    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office .

    Supply Chain Coordinator

    • This role supports the Grains Business at our Nakuru Silo operations by coordinating the executional functions and ensuring other related supply chain day to day activities are running efficiently. 

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Reconcile data for inventory, warehouse transfers, loading orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases etc.
    • Process new vendors onboarding into JDE/MBS for Address book creation. Inventory management including customer updates.
    • Invoicing of sales contracts including processing of ETRs.
    • Issue pricing quotations for buy back agreements.
    • Processing of transporter payments.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the SC Supervisor. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, accounting or another business-related field.
    • At least 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced commodity trading environment.
    • Knowledge of and experience working with MS Office, supply chain management ERPs and applications.
